  I HATE MY HAIRCUT!!! Brian-NEW tothis salon, transferred from Aventura, completely botched my hair!!! He cut it and kept cutting and cut it way too short and in very ugly layers. I hate it so much and will NEVER come back to an ulta salon. DO NOT LET BRIAN TOUCH YOUR HAIR.

  Customer service sucks. And shelf organization is so poor it makes it difficult for a customer to even help themselves.

  I dread going to this Ulta - its right up the street from where I live, but I suck it up hoping things will be different in terms of customer service. Once again, horrible attitudes! Horrible customer service! It's like your begging someone to take your money! Sorry I don't have to do that! Corporate needs to come in and clean house. I know their sales are down especially since their employees are very weak at the most important part of keeping a business running successfully and functionally. Wack ass employees!
