  I have had multiple bad experiences in this office over the past few years. On multiple occasions appointments were lost, including my most recent visit. Very long wait times to be seen, once they seat you, you continue to wait. The dentists do not seem to be on the same page, after a visit last month the dentist had me schedule an appointment for a procedure. When coming for the procedure (today) they informed me it couldn't be done and I was to be referred to a specialist. Multiple family members that use this office have had similar experiences. After years of putting up with it, I will be finding a new dentist's office.

  I have had many issues with this place. They have not been helpful at all. When I went in because of pain from my cap they did, they said the Dentist went too close to my nerve and I should have gotten a root canal. When I told them that they should have told me that to being with and not try to get me to pay them double, they had me come in for X-rays. Now I am trying to get a second opinion in Orlando, where my old Dentist is at, and they will not give me my X-rays due to an update even though they have physical X-rays that they showed me. You have to wait forever to even get seen and when you have an issue it’s always your fault.
