  I went to the Pembroke Pines office. Horrible experience. I waited almost an hour and a half! They didn't call anyone at all for a 40 min. period. My bone density took less than 1 min. Staff was not helpful. Why even bother making an appointment! I will not be back. I went because it was close. I would rather drive farther for more professional service. I will spread the word!

  Poor to Fair is the lowest possible rating. If possible I would say "The Worst". This review is on my wife's behalf.
  I had an appointment and waited for over 3 hours before the test was done. That is almost half a day wasted. Every few minutes I kept asking them whats going on and staff kept saying that I will be "called in" in few minutes. Some other people came afterwards and were gone already. At one time the staff said that machine is not working. But they did not tell me to go but kept me waiting. As another review said if you are coming here give yourself plenty of time or better yet find another place.
