  Staff has attention deficit disorder you have to repeat yourself several times before they grasp your request. Even after acknowledging your order they still manage to ruin the order, is it on purpose? On the other hand, do they simply not care – check your order before leaving.
  Besides the terrible customer service, why would you pay for a sandwich with child portion ingredients, Publix subs are robust and flavorful and you are dealing with grownups paying attention to you not their phone.
