  DONT BUY ANY APPLIANCES IN JCPENNEY STORES!!!
  I ordered a fridge from this location and it was delivered on Feb. 2 2018 .
  The delivery guys plugged it in and left. After 4 hours, I checked and the fridge didn't get cooler. I called JCPenney customer service on the same day of the delivery. After spending 2 hours on the line, they scheduled a replacement fridge for Tuesday (Feb 6). On that day a technician called me and wanted to come to fix the new fridge instead of replacing it as the customer support promised. He never came. In addition, after calling JCPenney customer service they didn’t want to replace. As of now, I am stuck with a malfunctioning fridge.
