  So I called in a panic after losing my hair after a sew in and immediately Char was attentive to my needs. If I have to be honest I was in tears! She scheduled me although she was booked that day. When i arrived she took me to a private room to check my hair...so professional. She treated my hair in the back of the salon which she didn't have to do to ensure my privacy....amazing business ethics and when I left I not only covered the tension hair lost area but my pixie cut has been the cutest hair cut I've ever had! Ok and you know when u wake up the next day and your hair looks nothing like when u left the salon...? Not the case! I wake up brush and go and feel fabulous! Now she treats my hair and my spot is growing back and most importantly she styles it gorgeously! It's so worth every dollar and the wait!
