  Horrible customer services. Lack of communication. I had issues with back and forth paper work with Mauricio. Since this agent wasn't near my house I had to go another location. When she finally contact him he was supposed send documents and I waited for hours. I tried contacting him. He never answer due to system down but he never advise me. As well as he will email me telling me how he need documents I will forward it to him also back and forth situation. I wouldn't go back to this location. Horrible customer services. Need pay attention to more details and explain more the policy to the customer. I wouldn't go back there. Once my insurance expired I prefer going to another location. Don't bother going to this one.
