  The office staff is rude. Voicemail is always full, they hung up on me twice and did not have the courtesy to call me back. Unprofessional! I file a complaint with the office manager just to make sure it's not an oversight just incase the doctor was clueless about what's going in the office. I ended up going to another hemotologist
