  We were so excited to find out this new store was opening across the street from our house. After several unpleasant visits we will not be shopping here anymore and we will continue to drive the extra few miles to shop at Sheridan and Douglas location. On our last visit several items were out of stock and the deli wait time was longer than normal. The worst part was that we tried returning a pack of Publix brand diapers that we got as a gift and we were told that we couldn’t cause we didn’t have a receipt. This is the store manager’s rule. After leaving the store I called customer service to confirm cause that seemed odd. I later received a call back from one of the managers named Jorge. I missed his call so when I returned his call I spoke to an employee named Marie. She was extremely rude and not helpful after explaining to her why I was calling back. We definitely will not be shopping here anymore. Horrible store and customer service.

  We went to this location specifically for the hot foods and prepared foods but they had nothing. We were there at 830pm but it looked like they had already picked up all the food. Why would you put all the food away so early? The store closes at 11pm! I could understand putting things like this away an hour before but 2.5hrs before closing is ridiculous. Very disappointed in the lack of regard for customer needs.
