  The worst papa johns ever who ever is answering the phone at this moment is hanging up on every caller this is disgusting where is the manager the owner cannot know what's going on here I love papa johns but the young woman on the phone right now is thee most obnoxious employee ever

  I enjoy their pizza, but the delivery is so unreliable. I have never experienced such consistently poor service. Regularly, drivers would be late, get lost, deliver cold pizza, or completely fail to make the delivery and lie about attempting it. This most recent time, we even had to call back twice to discover the delivery driver went to the wrong house and voided the order.
