    They had a decorator named Karey Wright come to our home to show samples and measure for curtains and blinds. She never sent the quote as promised, didn't answer phone or email. I called the store and was told they'd have to get back to me to see what happened. They didn't. I called the customer service line for corporate and they said someone would get back to me and didn't. Horrible service and a complete waste of time!
