  This whole entire corporation is unprofessional and incompetent. The nurses are terrible, the entire staff is poorly trained. The entire staff is beyond disrespectful and disgusting. I've asked for a report that was done and they send a blank report, not signed by the doctor and no information. Talk about Hipaa violations, these people are clearly not hipaa trained. They send you the wrong patients information, wrong reports, and they disclose patient results in the waiting area where all patients sit and can hear the nurses give you results. Beyond embarrassing. The staff members clearly just filled out an application and they hired whomever off the street because these people are not sympathetic towards the fact, patients are going for INFERTILITY issues not because they just wanna show up. They are so rude to you and are never clear when giving you information. They don't even know medical terms nor can explain to you clearly the test results. DO NOT GO HERE! THESE PEOPLE ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND TALK A GOOD GAME.
