  I’ve never had a problem with a doctors office until working with this office. I recently switched to this doctors office, (July 2017), & got a prescription through them. My prescription refills ran out (which I didn’t know was going to happen yet, no one told me) & was notified by my pharmacist that I needed to call them. When I was notified, I was in Pennsylvania for a whole month, 2nd week of December 2017- 1st week of January 2018. (College student) I called them & they told me that I would have to come in for a consultation to be able to get my prescription refilled. This would be fine if I weren’t away & already on the brink of having withdrawals from not taking the medication & 1300 miles away for another week! They basically told me that wasn’t their problem and that I would need to find a physician in Pennsylvania. You would think they would be able to at least give me the medication I need for a few days or a week so my withdrawal symptoms would stop & so I could find a physician here (because I don’t have one) or until I got home in a week but NOPE!! Clearly they do not care about their patients & their health. They were fine when I first went there but now I see what they’re really made of. Never going back!
