  Horrible customer service!! No one can answer your call when you dial 0. Their staff don't last long. I been with them almost a year and I been through two different agents already. I have multiple cars and policy's with them. You would think you will have better customer service from them. I requested to have a call all day today to replace a car and not even rosa, nat or Susie could help. Each of them passes the buck on their task and can't help. Rosa herself tells you she's can't help because she has a client in front of her while I been after them all day long. Definitely changing agent right away. I had to call State Farm myself.
