  9 Round has changed my life! I walked into the door on December 5th and haven't stopped! I go 6 days a week!
  Not only am I down 30 lbs., my cardio is stronger than its ever been.
  What I love about it most (aside from the staff) is that it completely fits my schedule! No classes... my workouts start when I get there, which is perfect from someone like me whose schedule is different every day.
  Olga, Donald, Jay, Amanda and the rest of the 9 Round Flamingo Falls team are amazing. They make each day fun!
  Not only do they help all of us in the studio, with one on one coaching, they are there for me with fantastic encouragement via the Facebook Page, texts and even phone calls! I've tried many of the other workouts available in the area but NOTHING beats a #9Round session!
